Common questions.

The five questions every creator asks before signing up.

When do I get paid?
Monthly, on the 15th, for the prior month's confirmed subscribers — after their 30-day refund window has closed. So a subscriber who pays on June 1 would clear our refund window on July 1, and you'd be paid on July 15.
What if a subscriber refunds or cancels later?
They drop off your earnings the moment they cancel — you stop earning the next month's commission for them. But there are no clawbacks: any commission already paid out for prior months is yours, even if they eventually leave.
Can I be denied?
Yes. We review every application and we don't approve everyone. We're looking for genuine creators with real audiences whose readers / viewers would actually benefit from Voio. If we say no, we'll give you a clear reason — not a form rejection.
Are there content rules?
Two hard rules: don't misrepresent what Voio does (no inflated claims about features we don't have), and don't bid on "Voio" or "TryVoio" brand keywords in paid search ads — that competes with our own marketing for no extra value. Otherwise, your channel, your voice. We don't dictate how you talk about Voio.
How is attribution tracked?
Your unique Dub.co-tracked link drops a 30-day cookie when a visitor clicks. If they install Voio within 30 days on any device on the same network, you get credit via IP-claim fallback. Cross-device works (phone click → desktop install) as long as it's the same network within the window.
