By installing or using Voio, you agree to these Terms. Please read them — they're written in plain English, not legalese.
By downloading, installing, or using Voio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). This agreement is between you and Passportogo Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), an Israeli company and the developer of Voio.
If you are using Voio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Voio is a product of Passportogo Ltd. If you arrived here as a recipient of a Passportogo newsletter or communication, your relationship with Passportogo Ltd is also governed by Passportogo's Terms and Conditions.
Voio is a Windows desktop productivity application with two core features:
Voice Dictation — Voio transcribes your spoken words directly into any application on your computer in real time, in Hebrew or English, using AI-powered speech recognition.
Keyboard Language Correction — Voio detects when you are typing with the wrong keyboard language active and automatically corrects the text and switches your keyboard layout in real time.
All keyboard correction logic runs entirely on your device — no keystroke data is ever sent to any server. Voice dictation requires an internet connection and transmits audio to a third-party AI provider for transcription (see our Privacy Policy).
You must be at least 16 years old to use Voio. By using Voio, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
To use Voio, you must create an account with a valid email address and password, or sign in via Google. You are responsible for:
You may not share accounts, create accounts on behalf of others, or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
Voio is available at no cost under the following model:
5.1 Free Tier — All Users. All registered users receive access to Voio's core features at no charge:
When your weekly dictation usage exceeds 2,000 words, a payment prompt will appear offering access to Voio Pro for continued dictation use that week. Your keyboard correction features continue working without interruption regardless of your usage or subscription status.
The weekly usage counter resets every 7 days from your account creation date.
5.2 Referral Rewards — Free Pro Trial. Users who refer a new user to Voio, and users who register via a referral link, each receive 30 days of Voio Pro at no charge. Pro access includes:
At the end of the 30-day Pro trial, you will receive an invitation to subscribe to a paid Voio Pro plan. If you do not subscribe, your account automatically downgrades to the Free Tier as described in §5.1.
Voio Pro is available as a monthly or annual paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers. Free Tier users will always retain the baseline access described in §5.1.
Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. The current provider's name and link to their terms will be disclosed on the checkout screen and in this section once selected. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment provider's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.
If you are not satisfied with your Voio Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. To request a refund, contact us at vika@tryvoio.app within 30 days of the charge and we will process it promptly, no questions asked.
After the 30-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error at any time, contact us within 14 days at vika@tryvoio.app and we will investigate.

Voio operates via low-level Windows keyboard hooks (WH_KEYBOARD_LL) and is supported on Windows 10 and Windows 11 only. Use on unsupported operating systems is at your own risk.
Voio includes a self-monitoring safety system. If a malfunction is detected, Voio will attempt to self-disable gracefully to prevent interference with your input. We recommend keeping Voio up to date via the built-in automatic updater.
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your data. The key point: keyboard correction data never leaves your device. Voice dictation audio is sent to a third-party AI provider for transcription and is not retained. Please read the full Privacy Policy at tryvoio.app/en/privacy/.
Voio and all of its components are owned by Passportogo Ltd. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Voio on your personal devices for your own use, subject to these Terms.
Voio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with all applications, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passportogo Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Voio. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for Voio in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ILS 100, whichever is greater.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by emailing vika@tryvoio.app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or if required to do so by law. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
We will notify you of material changes to these Terms by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Voio after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
These Terms of Service are published in both Hebrew and English. In case of any conflict or ambiguity between the Hebrew and the English versions, the Hebrew version governs.
